Must Have
8+ years finance/accounting experience, Meaningful corporate FP&A experience, Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related, Ability to build 3-statement financial model, Experience with corporate ERP/EPM systems, Experience with data analysis/automation tools
Nice to Have
Experience in complex, multi-entity businesses, Experience with Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Microsoft Business Central, Experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, AI/LLMs
What You'll Do.
Own day-to-day FP&A operations
Manage and prioritize team workload
Mentor and develop FP&A team
Design high-impact financial models
Coordinate actual vs. budget and forecasts
Ensure models comply with reporting standards
Incorporate new business lines into models
Own Corporate SG&A reporting
Partner with People team for headcount forecasting
Forecast functional department non-labor
Execute quantitative and qualitative analyses
Ensure FP&A reporting consistency
Resolve reporting discrepancies
Lead annual budgeting
Improve forecasts with cross-functional partners
Use financial data to develop narratives
Draw conclusions from financial data
Make recommendations to senior management
Lead preparation of management reports
Lead preparation of board meeting materials
Rethink FP&A reporting outputs
Spearhead automation and systems improvements
Drive automation of FP&A outputs
