Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or quantitative discipline, 10+ years of progressive FP&A or commercial finance experience, Extensive experience partnering with GTM, Sales, and Marketing teams, Advanced financial modeling skills (Excel/Google Sheets), Track record of translating financial analysis into clear recommendations
Nice to Have
Early-career training in Big 4, investment banking, private equity, or consulting, FP&A experience in fast-growing tech or fintech company, Hands-on experience with modern FP&AI tools, Experience managing and developing FP&A analysts
