What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years of relevant financial reporting, CPA or similar professional designation required, 4+ years of people management experience, Deep knowledge of U. S. GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, SOX 404, experience performing and reviewing technical research, Proven experience leading SEC filing preparation, managing quarter-end close processes at a public company, project management skills, Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred, experience with NetSuite, SOX compliance is a plus, Curiosity about LLMs, willingness to use it, Hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional finance context
What You'll Do.
Oversee SEC filings preparation
Own GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists
Oversee internal financial reporting packages
Own month-end close for technical accounting
Review technical accounting memorandums
Update internal control documentation
Primary contact with external auditors
Assist with special projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner effectively and proactively with Legal, Accounting, Tax, Strategic Finance, and Investor Relations on financial reporting matters; collaborates with members of our accounting, finance, legal, and investor relations teams, as well as external auditors

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
