What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Doctorate degree and 4+ years of progressive finance, Master's degree and 8+ years of progressive finance, Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of progressive finance
Nice to Have
MBA and/or CA preferred, Financial Planning & Analysis experience, including revenue forecasting, Biotech and/or pharmaceutical industry experience with exposure to sales and marketing finance, analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and Hyperion experience preferred, understanding of corporate finance concepts and the ability to think critically and challenge assumptions, Executive presence with the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at multiple levels, Experience working in a global matrixed environment, including support of U. S. -based stakeholders and cross-time-zone collaboration, Self-starter who can work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Do.
Provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making to Oncology brand, sales, and business leaders, Support planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision-making for U.
-based Oncology Finance, brand, and cross-functional leaders, Operate effectively in a global team structure, including regular collaboration across India and U.
time zones, Develop a deep understanding of the oncology market, competitive landscape, pricing and reimbursement dynamics, and key revenue and cost drivers, Lead or support monthly close activities, including financial review, variance analysis, and issue identification and resolution, Own or support sales and expense forecasting, annual operating plan development, and long-range planning activities, Identify opportunities to streamline forecasting, reporting, and planning processes through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement, Enhance tools, reporting, and workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business insight, Build and maintain complex business and financial models to evaluate scenarios, risks, opportunities, and investment decisions, Analyze actual results against forecast, explain variances clearly, and communicate implications to senior management and business partners, Prepare and deliver clear, concise written and verbal presentations with actionable recommendations for leadership audiences, Provide leadership and financial support on multiple initiatives and ad hoc projects across the Oncology business.
