Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, 5-10 years of financial analysis experience, Experience working with senior management, Boards and legal departments, Proficiency in analysis and modeling, Verbal and written communication skills, Ability to present to large groups, Knowledge of insurance operations and industry regulations, Experience working in financial institutions, Expert proficiency using MS Office
