Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e. g. , HubSpot or similar) and CRM systems such as Salesforce. project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills in complex, multi-region environments. What You'll Do.
The Senior Manager of Field Marketing will define and execute the APJ field marketing strategy, leading demand generation initiatives across digital campaigns, events, and integrated programs.

Additionally, the manager will lead, mentor, and develop a regional field marketing team, tracking and reporting on marketing performance metrics.

## Accountabilities Define and execute the APJ field marketing strategy aligned with regional sales objectives and revenue targets. Lead end-to-end demand generation initiatives across digital campaigns, events, content, and integrated marketing programs. Own channel and partner marketing activities across distributors and resellers, including MDF planning, execution, and ROI tracking. Develop and deliver partner enablement programs, training sessions, and joint marketing initiatives to drive partner performance. Collaborate closely with sales leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline generation and account growth priorities. Lead, mentor, and develop a small regional field marketing team, ensuring strong performance and professional growth. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, optimizing programs based on data-driven insights.
