As the Frontend Central Planning Senior Manager (Strategic Program), you will lead a global planning team supporting all FE HVM fabs in Asia and the U.S. You will be responsible for driving Frontend Planning transformative initiatives, business process improvements, and enterprise‑level planning enablement across the FE planning network. This role requires leading multiple complex, cross‑site programs and leveraging resources from Fab Planning worldwide, SMAI, Supply Chain, OCT, and other Central teams to deliver initiatives within defined scope and timelines. **Strategic Program & Operating Rhythm and Alignment Ownership** * Lead and coordinate FE Central Planning strategic programs across planning, modeling, layout domains. * Drive disciplined execution, visibility, and alignment across global planning forums. **Cross‑Functional & Cross‑Site Coordination** * Establish and lead a highly effective global planning organization, developing your team and enabling collaboration across stakeholders including FE central planning functions, fab planning teams, SMAI, OCT and other central teams. * Act as a central integration point to ensure alignment across regions, functions, and planning horizons. * Support recurring global forums and program‑specific reviews to ensure consistent execution and escalation of issues. **Business Process Improvement & Automation** * Identify key opportunities for business process improvements, systemization, and automation across the FE plann
