Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field, 7+ years of relevant experience, General understanding of General Ledger Accounting, High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office or G-suite products (Excel, PowerPoint), Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, Intellectual curiosity, Attention to detail, Ability to self-lead, Sense of accountability, Effective communication skills, Passion for building partnerships, Efficient in time-management, Demonstrated ability to indirectly lead & persuade

Nice to Have

2+ years of people leadership experience, Budgeting and Expense Management experience, Oracle Financials Experience (TM1, Orbit or similar), Spotfire, PowerBI, Alteryx, and/or Copilot experience
