What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7 - 10 years of experience in Compensation, HR, Finance or related area with specific emphasis on prior experience supporting executive compensation programs, In-depth knowledge of executive compensation practices, In-depth knowledge of tax implications, In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, understanding of equity compensation vehicles, understanding of valuation methodologies, understanding of accounting treatment, understanding of deferred compensation plans, understanding of 409a requirements, Expertise with executive compensation survey data, Expertise with benchmarking methodologies, experience in excel including advanced formulas, Excellent analytical skills, project management capabilities, Outstanding communication skills
Nice to Have
power query expertise, VBA expertise
What You'll Do.
Lead design of executive compensation programs
Implement executive compensation programs
Administer executive compensation programs
Oversee equity grants and vestings
Ensure alignment to approved grant amounts
Ensure tax calculations
Ensure payment to employee accounts
Oversee administration of deferred compensation plans
Oversee compliance of deferred compensation plans
Manage enrollment processes
Manage participant communications
Manage administration of deferred compensation arrangements
Manage standard processes across equity
Manage standard processes across deferred compensation
Process executive lifecycle activities
Work with Executives on compensation needs
Partner with Legal on governance needs
Complete compensation tables for proxy reporting
Comply with governmental reporting requirements
Own vendor relationships
Identify opportunities to leverage vendor relationships
