What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS degree in Culinary Arts or similar qualifications, 5+ years’ experience running a commissary or large restaurantanquet/catering, Familiarity with USDA/FDA guidelines, understanding of the Paleo Diet, Ketogenic Diet, low/slow carb and Mind Diet, Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing projects and activities
Nice to Have
Lean six sigma experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Oversee product quality and food safety
Ensure execution of new recipes
Develop and implement process controls
Validate consistent taste
Train and lead team members
Implement and adhere to gold standards
Continuously improve product quality
Controls food and payroll costs
Prepares weekly cook schedules
