What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, geology, environmental sciences, project management, or related fields, 10 years or more experienced in managing site assessment and remediation project post UST removals, 10 years or more in extensive experience in monitoring, troubleshooting, maintaining, upgrading, and replacing underground and above ground fuel tank systems and related infrastructure, 10 years or more in progressive project management responsibility with emphasis on underground and above ground fuel storage and dispensing infrastructure in a regional or national operating environment

Manage supplier relationships
Manage fueling infrastructure repair
Develop fuel system knowledge
Provide environmental technical support
Perform Phase & II Real Estate Environmental Site Assessments
Manage hazardous building materials assessment
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate across multiple functional areas; Interface with state/local environmental regulatory agencies; Mentor junior staff

Ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple functional areas of the organization, at all levels
Process & Methodology
Manage execution of Fuel Storage Tank Management Plan, Provide direct project supervision, Manage Building Materials Assessment Program, Manage Environmental Due Diligence, Oversee groundwater monitoring, Oversee site remediation projects, Supervise management & technical requirements, Manage supplier qualifications, Manage competitive bidding processes, Manage projects consistent with accounting guidelines, Maximize reimbursement from State Trust Fund, Oversee repair & maintenance of fueling infrastructure, Develop and maintain current knowledge on fuel system components, Manage projects to deliver cost effective, timely, and successful results
