You work behind the scenes to ensure every part of the company is connected, efficient, and ready to grow. What your day-to-day will look like Design and implement EBANX’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including governance structures, risk taxonomy, and risk appetite definitions; Lead key enterprise risk programs such as Incident Management, Issue Management, Third-Party Risk Management, and Business Continuity Management; Develop risk reporting for ELT and the Board, translating risk exposure into actionable insights for decision-making; Partner closely with Product, Tech, Operations, Commercial, and Compliance teams to embed risk management into strategic and operational initiatives; Support EBANX’s growth and market expansion by conducting risk asses
