What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years progressive leadership experience, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, Math, or related field
Nice to Have
Multifamily finance, asset management, or operations experience, CFA, CPA, or CMA preferred

Oversee enterprise-level reporting and analytics
Ensure monthly and quarterly deliverables are accurate
Partner with Finance and Operations senior leaders
Contribute insights that inform enterprise strategy
cross-functional initiatives
Scale FP&A capabilities
Develop and manage Managers and Analysts
Foster leadership depth
Ensure alignment across reporting workstreams
Strengthen the firm’s enterprise reporting foundation
