6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, 5+ years specifically in an engineering management role overseeing ML/Data teams, Proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining models at scale, Deep understanding of modern ML frameworks, data architecture, and cloud ecosystems, Technical chops to guide architectural decisions and review system designs, Exceptional communication skills, Genuine passion for team building
