Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive. **_Your New Role_****:** The Sr Manager, Engineering reports to the Sr Director Application engineering and is accountable for team management and designing and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions that power our advertising technology stack. **_Your Role Accountabilities:_** **Technical Leadership & Strategy** Define and drive the technical vision for advertising platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability requirements. Lead architectural decisions for cloud-native solutions and guide modernization initiatives. **Team Management & Development** Manage and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Oversee resource planning, performance reviews, and career development for team members. **Delivery & Execution Oversight** Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of engineering projects by establishing best practices, KPIs, and governance processes. Collaborate with program management to prioritize initiatives and manage dependencies. **Cross-Functional Collaboration** Partner with Product, Data, and Operations teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. Represent engineering in stakeholder discussions and communicate progress effectively.
