10+ years of experience in Engineering, 2+ years managing other managers, Full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge, Design and review complex software architectures, Expert mastery of at least one modern programming stack, Experience with Cloud Native technologies, Solid experience with DevOps practices, Perform and guide in-depth code reviews, Establish standards for code quality, Establish standards for observability, Establish standards for unit/integration testing, Advanced knowledge of database systems, Schema design for high performance, Excellent English communication skills, Solid proficiency working with data, Solid proficiency with analysis, Solid proficiency with data visualization, Experience dealing with KPIS
