Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/IT or related field, Minimum 8+ years of experience working within an eCommerce-enabled website environment, 5+ years working within a retail environment, 5+ years of experience working with CRM data tools and research methodology, Proficiency with AEM, Proficiency with AEP
Nice to Have
MBA in Marketing, Knowledge of Adobe Target / Insider for personalization, customer segment, Conversion improvement, Hands on knowledge on Analytics tool (i. e. Adobe Analytics)

Reporting web analytics and campaign performance
Own the user journey on Samsung.com
Ensure information accuracy and site proofing

Primary point of contact for HQ GMO AEM/Platform team

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Serve as liaison between HQ teams and internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Service, E-Commerce); Manage collaboration of internal online teams, agency partners and HQ stakeholders; Manage agency and vendor partnerships; Collaborate with e-commerce operations team and HQ DtC team; Work with Digital Marketing team & Digital product development team

Incumbent is tasked with managing Canadian content in both English and French for Samsung.com, including B2C, Business sites, EPP/SMB, and ShopApp, focusing on new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
