Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/IT or related field, Minimum 8+ years of experience working within an eCommerce-enabled website environment, 5+ years working within a retail environment, 5+ years of experience working with CRM data tools and research methodology, Proficiency with AEM, Proficiency with AEP

Team & Collaboration

Position Summary: The Senior Manager, E-commerce Platforms, will lead and oversee the Samsung.com digital merchandising team, responsible for managing key divisions and ensuring seamless coordination across all areas. Incumbent is tasked with managing Canadian content in both English and French for Samsung.com, including B2C, Business sites, EPP/SMB, and ShopApp, focusing on new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Serving as the liaison between HQ teams and internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, Service, and the E-Commerce team is crucial for this role.
