Must Have

5-7+ years of experience in financial planning, corporate finance, or strategy, 1-3+ years in a leadership role at a high-growth fintech, digital bank, or consumer finance company, Experience partnering with product, credit, and operational leaders, Proven track record of managing structured business case reviews, capital tracking processes, or departmental accountability frameworks, Security screening, including a criminal records check and a credit check
