What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital communications, life sciences, or a related field, 8+ years of digital marketing experience, Proven experience delivering integrated digital marketing programs with measurable business impact, proficiency across the core digital marketing disciplines: SEO/AEO/SEM, content marketing, email/marketing automation, web analytics, and campaign management, Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo or equivalent Salesforce or equivalent Google Analytics 4), analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights, Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to quality, timelines, and stakeholder communication, Experience in B2B or complex technical environments, with the ability to understand and communicate scientific or technical topics, Excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working cross-functionally

Nice to Have

Experience in life sciences, biopharma, biotech, or a CDMO/CRO environment, Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress ) and web analytics tooling (e.g. GA4, Looker, Tableau), Working knowledge of CAN-SPAM, CCPA and GDPR compliant practices in B2B environments, Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies, Familiarity with marketing complex, consultative products or services with long sales cycles, Degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing, digital, or life sciences

Lead digital marketing strategy

Translate value propositions into campaigns

Optimize digital activity based on data

Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns

Manage end-to-end campaign execution

Lead email marketing programs

Own digital marketing budget

Provide digital support for events

Lead development of digital content assets

Own website digital experience

Execute SEO/AEO/GEO strategy

Use data to improve targeting

Identify and adopt emerging technologies

Define and optimize social strategies

Lead paid digital media strategy

Deliver performance reporting

Track and optimize digital execution performance

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with CRM and marketing operations teams; Partner with web and UX teams; Serve as primary digital marketing partner to leadership and commercial teams; Ensure alignment with global marketing teams; Work with sales and event teams

Communication Scope

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Experience working cross-functionally
