Ensure solutions are value-driven, effectively adopted, and sustained. Build capability across Digital, Data Analytics, and OpEx, while embedding the COMPASS business system and ways of working. **1\. Operational Excellence** * Define and deliver the OpEx roadmap aligned to business priorities * Deploy and sustain COMPASS as the standard way of working * Embed Tiered Management, KPIs, KBIs, and visual management to track progress and drive accountability * Leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean & Six Sigma methodologies. * Build OpEx capability through coaching, training, and certification **2\. Digital Excellence** * Define and deliver the SDP digital roadmap aligned to the campus digital strategy * Translate global and network transformations
