What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience as a Technical Product Owner or Senior Product Manager in enterprise platforms, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) experience, Proven ownership of product and integration roadmaps, including prioritization and trade‑off decisions, experience translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories, Experience overseeing Business Analyst work and ensuring requirements quality, Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams (IT, Engineering, Commercial, external partners), Solid understanding of end‑to‑end commerce flows and system‑to‑system integrations, Experience working in an Agile delivery environment
Nice to Have
Exposure to ERP, middleware, or integration platforms (e. g. , SAP CPI, Mulesoft), Prior hands‑on experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner / Agile certification, Experience in Life Sciences, Biotech, or regulated industries, SAP Commerce PCM experience, Hands‑on experience with B2B integrations, specifically PunchOut and/or EDI
What You'll Do.
Own and maintain digital commerce product and integration roadmap
Refine roadmap and backlog based on business value
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to gather requirements
Translate business objectives into actionable requirements
Lead planning and delivery for PunchOut and EDI initiatives
Provide updates on roadmap progress
Manage and prioritize product backlog
Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies
Support release planning and deployment readiness
Oversee business analysis activities
Ensure BA practices across documentation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with engineering, IT, and external partners; Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams; Facilitate cross-functional discussions; Ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery outcomes; Manage dependencies and ensure shared understanding across teams; Coordinate across internal teams and external partners; Work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
