What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of accounting experience, at least 3 in a manager role, understanding of loan accounting and financial reporting under GAAP, Demonstrated ability to manage reconciliations and audits at scale in a high-volume environment, Experience designing or improving accounting systems and workflows, Prior people management experience
Nice to Have
loan accounting, fintech, or high-growth environment preferred, Exposure to digital assets, crypto, or blockchain-based systems preferred but not required, systems mindset and comfort with large data sets

About the Role Figure is hiring a Senior Manager to lead accounting across loan products and digital assets, including wallets and tokenized financial products. You’ll own core close processes, build scalable infrastructure, and partner cross-functionally to support a rapidly growing, blockchain-enabled platform.
