Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 5+ years engineering team management, 10+ years experience in job offered or related occupation, Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, Experience with packaging technologies, Experience with systems and high-speed manufacturing, Technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects
Nice to Have
Master's degree or above in mechanical engineering, Master's degree or above in electrical engineering, Master's degree or above in material science, Master's degree or above in physics, Master's degree and experience implementing pragmatic operations solutions, Experience with process design based on Lean Principles, Experience in project management disciplines, Experience with design-in-safety
