What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or pipeline-focused B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology solutions, Proven track record of owning and achieving pipeline and revenue contribution goals (marketing-sourced and influenced), Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with accountability for results, Deep expertise in demand generation and demand extraction tactics across the full funnel, Stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted partnerships, Data-driven decision maker with experience using analytics to optimize pipeline health and program performance, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience creating demand through marketplaces (e.g., Microsoft ecosystem) and partner-led motions, Global B2B marketing experience with exposure to mid-market buying cycles and engagement models, Ability to define content and messaging frameworks mapped to personas, buyer stages, and partner/field needs, AI-first mindset, leveraging automation and intelligence to guide campaign strategy and performance optimization, Familiarity with modern RevOps, attribution, and marketing automation platforms, Master’s degree or MBA, Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience accepted in lieu of a formal degree
What You'll Do.

Develop and own annual Integrated Demand Programs (IDPs)
including demand generation strategy
and attribution models aligned to organizational goals
Own pipeline generation and program lifecycle management — from strategic planning through execution
Define and manage program investment and scope
including budget allocation
regional and language coverage
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital
and partner marketing with consistent messaging throughout the buyer journey
and optimize program performance
identifying underperforming areas and driving corrective actions across lead generation
Identify opportunities for automation
and process standardization to improve efficiency and impact
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Demand Management, RevOps, Marketing Ops, Product, and Partner teams to close demand gaps and align programs to GTM and launch strategies; Serve as the primary IDP liaison to leadership, presenting performance, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement
Communication Scope
Ability to influence senior leaders; Presenting performance, insights, and recommendations
Process & Methodology
Managing complex, cross-functional programs with accountability for results, Program lifecycle management
