This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role with a clear path to broader leadership as the team scales. Own paid media targets including lead volume, lead quality, pipeline, and cost efficiency across the full funnel from click to closed-won. Build and manage paid strategy across search, social, display, programmatic, and third-party channels; continuously optimize campaigns to maximize conversion performance at every stage. Manage a $10M+ annual paid media budget; allocate spend across channels, partner with Finance on forecasting and reconciliation, and report on pipeline contribution, ROAS, CPL, and cost per opportunity.
