The Senior Manager, Data Services is responsible for leading the Company’s enterprise data platforms and the teams that operate them. This role owns the systems that deliver trusted data to Finance, Marketing, Growth, Operations, Revenue Cycle, People, Clinical teams, and Executive Leadership. The scope of this role includes both modern cloud platforms and legacy data systems. The focus is on ensuring stability, reliability, and continuity for the business today, while steadily modernizing the data environment to reduce risk, eliminate manual processes, and support future growth. This is a people-leader role with direct accountability for platform reliability, data readiness, and enterprise data trust. _**Qualifications**_ **Education Required:** • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. **Licenses/Certifications Required:** • None **Work Experience Required:** • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform roles. • 3+ years of experience leadership, specifically leading enterprise data or platform teams. **Preferred Qualifications, Education, Licenses, Certifications, Experience, etc.:** • Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or multi-entity environments. • Experience modernizing legacy data platforms alongside cloud-native systems. • Experience partnering closely with Finance, Marketing, and Operations leadership. • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** • This role involves overseeing team members and interaction and collaboration with other departments and requires excellent judgment and interpersonal skills. • Hands-on experience operating production data systems with defined uptime, delivery, and support expectations. • Ability to design, operate, and evolve enterprise-scale data pla
