What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field, 2+ years of people management experience, Experience supporting GTM functions in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company, track record of delivering business impact through analytics or machine learning, Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, technical skills in SQL and Python, experience on modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Solid understanding of experimentation, forecasting, and customer lifecycle analytics
Nice to Have
Experience working on GTM use cases such as lead scoring, propensity modeling, churn prediction, or next best action, Hands-on experience building or deploying models that improve pipeline efficiency and conversion, Familiarity with data enrichment strategies and third-party data integration, Experience working with modern data stack tools, Exposure to AI/ML applications in enterprise GTM environments

This role sits within the Data, Analytics & AI (DAA) team and reports to the Senior Director of GTM DAA In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leaders to drive data-informed decision making, scale experimentation, and deliver measurable business impact through advanced analytics and machine learning. You will play a key role in translating business problems into data science solutions that improve pipeline, conversion, and customer growth. Work Location: This position is based exclusively in Menlo Park, CA. Alternative locations are not available at this time.
