Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, 5+ years of experience in design and deployment of machine learning algorithms, 2+ years of experience in a direct people management role, Ability to write and review production-grade code, Applied knowledge of AI-assisted coding best practices, Experience with online A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and performance metrics
Nice to Have
Master's or PhD, Experience in retail applications of deep learning and recommendation systems, Track record of inspiring and motivating direct reports, Connecting team priorities to business objectives, Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and distributed data systems
