What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. Proven experience leading and developing high-performing analytics or data science teams. Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or similar analytical programming languages. Experience designing metrics frameworks and driving data-informed decision-making in product or growth contexts. Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. Hands-on experience with modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, and product analytics tools).
Nice to Have
Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or subscription-based business models is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do.
Lead the evolution of the internal data science and analytics function, ensuring it delivers measurable business value and strategic insight.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Scientists and Analysts supporting cross-functional business units.
Drive behavioral analytics, customer segmentation, experimentation, and product performance measurement initiatives.
Build and maintain forecasting models, churn predictions, customer health scoring systems, and revenue or opportunity models.
Collaborate with data engineering to enhance internal analytics platforms and enable scalable self-service analytics.
Define standards, frameworks, and best practices to ensure consistency, rigor, and efficiency in analytics delivery.
