What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in business or information systems, or equivalent work or education-related experience required, Minimum 7 years of experience analyzing data quality issues and delivering enterprise data management and governance solutions, including expertise in data manipulation, data cleansing, data analysis, data anomaly detection, data governance processes, and compliance management required, Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing, facilitating, and leading complex projects and enterprise-scale transformation initiatives end-to-end, with executive presence, stakeholder management capability, excellent project management skills, and a proven ability to drive accountability and operational rigor across teams required, Demonstrated experience using visual data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio, along with project management and communication skills required
Nice to Have
Advanced degree preferred, Financial services or regulated industry experience preferred

Support the Data Quality Program by implementing scalable frameworks
advancing governance maturity
and driving continuous improvement across the organization as part of prioritized data initiatives
cross-functional data governance initiatives from concept through execution
ensuring measurable business impact and operational excellence
Manage and mentor a team of approximately 20 employees
creating a culture rooted in accountability
Translate business priorities into clear team objectives
establish measurable goals
and empower teams to deliver meaningful outcomes
Provide ongoing coaching
and development opportunities while fostering partnerships across stakeholder groups
Identify opportunities to strengthen data quality and governance processes
resolve root-cause issues
and implement scalable governance solutions
Establish and communicate meaningful KPIs
and governance reporting that demonstrate progress
Collaborate closely with product managers
and business stakeholders to optimize data quality and governance outcomes

The full Pay Range is $135,100.00 - $250,600.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.
