## ## Job Description: As a Senior Manager, Data Analytics & Insights, you will play a meaningful role in delivering high-quality, impactful analytics and insights to Talent, HR and business leaders.. You will lead efforts to transform candidate, associate, and operational data into actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Talent Learning and Development. Leveraging tools such as Alteryx, SQL, and data visualization platforms – Tableau/Power BI, you will design and implement data workflows, models, and dashboards that make talent data accessible, interpretable, and impactful. You will also support workforce data initiatives, ensuring analytics solutions are aligned with business needs and delivered efficiently. Your ability to uncover trends, tell compelling data stories, and translate complex analytics into business recommendations will be instrumental in shaping the future of our talent strategy. Your technical skills will support the business in making data-driven talent decisions. The work you do will allow the analysts to communicate trends, patterns, and predictive information found within talent-related data using various analytical and statistical tools and techniques. * Design and optimize **advanced Alteryx workflows** to deliver scalable talent analytics and workforce insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization * Develop and maintain robust data pipelines using **SQL (Snowflake, SQL Server),** with a focus on performance tuning and query optimization; working knowledge of _Python a_ nd/or R is a strong plus * Create and enhance interactive dashboards and visualizations in **Tableau and Power BI** to support leadership with real-time insights and compelling data storytelling * **Implement scalable data models and solutions** that uncover talent trends, automate workforce processes, implement process improvements, and support evolving organizational analytics needs
