The Opportunity The Senior Manager serves as the engagement lead within Alpha Alternatives’ Data Strategy segment, accountable for delivering complex, multi-workstream private markets transformation programs. Operating within the Front mentor team members; and partner with Directors and Partners on future-phase strategy. Qualifications and Skills 9 –12+ years of experience in consulting, data strategy, private markets, asset management, or large-scale transformation initiatives. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-workstream programs end-to-end with strong client and executive stakeholder management. Deep expertise in enterprise data strategy, including operating models, governance, domain modeling, stewardship, and architecture alignment. Advanced understanding of private markets operations and data flows across the full investment lifecycle and front-, middle-, and back-office functions. Strong working knowledge of modern cloud-native data platforms, sufficient to guide business-led architectural direction. Demonstrated success coaching and d
