Must Have

University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience, Minimum of 7 years project and/ or program experience, Experience interfacing directly with senior leadership to positively influence and lead culture change, Deep experience managing large, multi-workstream technical programs, ideally in cybersecurity or technology risk, Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Experience working under dynamic and uncertain business conditions, U. S. citizenship is required

Nice to Have

Degree in a cybersecurity or IT related discipline, CORE Professional or equivalent certification, working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (PMP or other relevant certifications), Experience using Planview, Knowledgeable in agile ways of work (i. e. SAFe certifications or equivalent), Experience working in Enterprise Services and Business Unit environments
