What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or related field, 5+ years of relevant experience in customer insights, commercial analytics, or a related role combining data analysis with client-facing or business strategy, Experience leveraging AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance analytical workflows and insight generation, Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex, data-driven findings into ROI narratives and strategic recommendations for executive and client audiences, Proven ability to manage end-to-end analyses using SQL and Python, from data integration through to insight generation and stakeholder communication, Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities without sacrificing quality, AI fluency (Level 1 Explorer - Uses AI daily to boost personal productivity)

AI fluency (Level 2 Builder - Creates workflows and tools that elevate the whole team), AI fluency (Level 3 Integrator - Embeds AI into products and processes at scale)

What You'll Do.

Develop and execute a customer insights strategy

leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance the speed

and quality of insight

and health economic data into compelling ROI narratives and tailored client deliverables

supporting Customer Success and Sales in commercial conversations

Conduct complex analyses to surface actionable insights on member behavior and solution effectiveness

Own and continuously improve a portion of Sword Health's global insights reporting package

delivering recurring reporting to clients and internal stakeholders

Partner with senior leadership to surface opportunities

and advance the strategic impact of the customer insights function

Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the value story and deepen client understanding of Sword's solutions; Partner with senior leadership; supporting Customer Success and Sales
