Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, 7 plus years of experience, 2 plus years sales experience in Retail channel, 2 plus years National Accounts direct sales experience, Project management experience required, Strategic planning experience required, Basic computer skills
Nice to Have
Fresh chicken sales experience preferred, Located in Kansas City, MO preferred

Directly sell retail poultry products
Increase market share
Optimize merchandising plans
Execute actions to amplify promotions
Maintain engagement across assigned customer base
Achieve AOP sales goals
Achieve profitability metrics
Lead Broker execution
Drive initiatives and objectives
Ensure execution against 4Ps tactics
Monitor key performance indicators
Achieve distribution targets
Manage sound forecasting
Develop promotional strategies
Manage trade funds within budget
Align business development with consumer behavior
Manage JBP strategies with key customers
Execute annual line review processes
Provide input to development of annual growth plan
