8+ years in Digital Technology, Martech, Customer Data, Personalization, or related fields, experience with Customer Data Platforms (Treasure Data preferred), Experience with experimentation platforms (VWO, Optimizely, or similar), Proven success delivering scalable digital capabilities and measurable outcomes, cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
