What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years in Digital Technology, Martech, Customer Data, Personalization, or related fields, experience with Customer Data Platforms (Treasure Data preferred), Experience with experimentation platforms (VWO, Optimizely, or similar), Proven success delivering scalable digital capabilities and measurable outcomes, cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Enable personalization through technology-driven decisioning and activation
Establish scalable frameworks for experimentation
and continuous improvement
Drive technical alignment between customer data
Build foundations that allow marketing teams to activate insights effectively
