What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years in lifecycle/CRM marketing for a B2C product, analytical mindset, Hands-on experience with lifecycle channel execution (email, in-app, push), Skilled at building scalable processes, Proven track record hiring, managing, and mentoring high-performing CRM teams, Effective cross-functional operator, Comfortable rolling up sleeves during critical moments

Nice to Have

scaled lifecycle marketing for a subscription mobile app, worked on CRM + product-led growth intersections, familiar with Iterable, Mixpanel, Aampe, Omni, Everest, Litmus, Zapier

What You'll Do.

Own Runna's CRM function end-to-end

Deliver against company OKRs

Partner cross-functionally

Manage vendor relationships

Set direction for lifecycle marketing

Translate priorities into roadmap

Drive delivery across backlog

Use feedback to shape comms

Maintain measurement framework

Establish attribution approaches

Ensure tracking is reliable

Drive monthly reporting

Foster test-and-learn rhythm

Stay current on CRM evolution

Provide coaching and feedback

Identify stretch opportunities

Develop team's skills

Shape strategy and execution for cross-brand comms

Optimise performance through testing

Own vendor relationships end-to-end

Act as primary point of contact
