Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or Economics, 8+ years of experience in corporate real estate, transaction management, brokerage, or related discipline, Demonstrated experience negotiating commercial leases and/or purchase and sale agreements, Financial acumen with experience evaluating real estate deal economics, Proven ability to manage complex transactions and multiple priorities simultaneously, Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
Master's degree (MBA or MS in Real Estate), Professional certifications (e.g., CCIM, CPM), Experience managing a multi-site or geographically diverse real estate portfolio, Familiarity with lease administration systems, Familiarity with real estate financial modeling tools, Experience working in a publicly traded or large corporate environment

Track transaction metrics
and portfolio impacts
Manage relationships with external real estate brokers
Ensure vendors meet performance expectations
Enforce corporate real estate policies
Monitor real estate market trends
Provide insights and recommendations to optimize the portfolio
