Minimum 8 years’ experience in operational or technology risk/compliance, Experience supporting end-to-end risk management, Communicating risk effectively, Using data and root cause analysis, Encouraging a speak-up culture, Collaborating across the three lines of accountability, Delivering sustainable, long-term outcomes, Experience in control design and testing, Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements in financial services, written and verbal communication skills, Proficiency in MS Office, Proficiency in Excel, Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
Nice to Have
Experience using AI, business intelligence, or data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) in risk or assurance contexts, Stakeholder management skills, Exposure to automated/system controls
