Join Our Team! **What you will do** * Manage a team of Contracts professionals and provide direction and ensure alignment of business goals to contracts organization * Responsible for ownership, development, implementation and execution of policies, procedures and process in accordance with our company and customers, identifying key performance indicators and managing production and analysis thereof * Participate in and/or conduct front-end assessments of proposals * Summarize contractual issues, research compliance matters, interpret regulations, identify risks and formulate recommendations * Provide business support and ensure risk mitigation when necessary * Participation as lead or provision of oversight of proposal development with particular attention to contractual elements reviewing terms for acceptability and compliance with company policies and procedures, contract formation, negotiations and contracts administration within the business * Participate in securing required management approval for submittal of proposals to customers * Support closure with customers when contractual
