What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Licensing and/or relevant work experience with Consumer Products, Games and/or Publishing businesses strongly desired, Experience with a royalty-based business preferred, organizational skills and attention to detail, Solid background with systems, policy setting, and processes, Ability to produce accurate, fit-for-purpose reports from system data, Advanced MS office skills, Excellent data analytical skills
Nice to Have
Previous experience with contract management systems preferred, Previous experience leading and developing a team preferred, communication & presentation skills
What You'll Do.
Overseeing a team of Contract Managers and Coordinators
Overseeing the contract lifecycle across specific territories and/or product categories
Manage the full contract lifecycle—from deal memo through asset release and execution
Manage the deal workflow for the overall EMEA and APAC regions
Ensure accurate deal entry in the contract management system
Ensure compliance with deal guidelines
Ensure proper documentation through to contract
Monitor and track deals to ensure timely
Serve as a super-user for internal deal management systems
Develop and enhance system reporting tools for key
Issue customs letters and other required documentation for Operations & Projects
Contribute to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives
Develop training materials and facilitate internal process training
Lead the EMEA and APAC Contract Management team of Coordinators
Provide constructive and timely feedback to individual contributors
Manage the annual review process for the
Provide development and coaching opportunities to individual
Ensure timely completion of daily revenue-related tasks and projects by teams
