8+ years of experience in content strategy, content operations, product management, or a related field, at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity, Demonstrated ability to develop and own a content roadmap, translating strategic priorities into clearly scoped, actionable initiatives, research and analytical skills, with experience using data and qualitative insights to identify content opportunities and make prioritization decisions, Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority across Product, Editorial, and Operations stakeholders, Deep understanding of content systems, content development workflows, and process improvement methodologies, Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize complexity and drive alignment across multiple teams and leadership levels
Nice to Have
advanced degree in Education, Communications, or related field a plus, Familiarity with test prep, educational publishing, or digital learning products strongly preferred, Experience managing direct reports and supporting professional development preferred
