Help Build a Stronger Community We are seeking an experienced and highly organized leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy constituency office serving this Toronto community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about public service, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in creating systems that ensure things run smoothly. Must be able to notice details, follow through on commitments, solve problems and bring compassion and clarity to help others succeed. Working closely with the Member of Parliament, you will lead a small team responsible for community outreach, constituent services, communications, events, stakeholder relationships, and office operations. You will help translate the Member's priorities into action, ensuring commitments are delivered, relationships are nurtured, and the office operates effectively. Your leadership will allow the Member to focus on serving constituents and advancing key priorities in the community and nationally. This role is ideal for an experienced operational leader who is ready to serve as the Member's trusted right hand, ensuring priorities are executed, commitments are followed through, and the office operates at a high standard.
