Location: HQ - Williamsburg, Brooklyn Status: Full-time/100% on-site Compensation: $100,000-$135,000 annually **Position Summary:** The Senior Manager of Compliance is responsible for leading and executing global compliance programs across Kith’s apparel, accessories, and lifestyle product categories, including men’s, women’s, kids, and babies. This role ensures all products and materials meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards across global markets while supporting Kith’s fast-paced product drops and collaborations. The position partners closely with Product Development, Production, Materials, and external partners to embed compliance throughout the product lifecycle. **RESPONSIBILITIES ** **Product safety & regulatory compliance** * Ensure compliance with global regulations including CPSIA, Canada SOR, EN 71, EU Product Passports, REACH, Prop 65, and other applicable standards. * Oversee category-specific requirements (regulatory and quality) for kids and baby products (flammability, lead, small parts, CPCs, ACE). * Manage testing programs for apparel, accessories (e.g., hats, bags, jewelry), and lifestyle products (e.g., homegoods, drinkware). * Partner with labs and vendors to ensure timely testing and certification. * Maintain and enforce RSL/MRSL aligned with industry standards (e.g., AFIRM) * Evaluate risk for new product categories introduced through collaborations. * Policy Development: Develop, update, and enforce compliance policies and procedures. * Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks and implement mitigation strategies. * Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the company complies with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations. * Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. * Reporting: Prepare and present compliance reports for senior management. * Partner with the PD and Production Dept. to ensure Kith Manuals
