Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Lead the development and execution of the enterprise Communications Technology (CommTech) strategy, identifying gaps, integration opportunities, and areas for automation, standardization, and AI enablement. Own the end-to-end CommTech ecosystem, including platform selection, implementation oversight, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous optimization in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Oversee core communications platforms such as media CRMs, monitoring tools, and analytics solutions, ensuring scalability, security, data governance, and global consistency. Build and evolve communications measurement frameworks, dashboards, and analytics pipelines to deliver actionable insights and support enterprise performance tracking. Drive operational excellence by standardizing workflows, improving data quality, strengthening adoption practices, and enabling continuous improvement across communications systems and teams. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in communications technology, digital systems, analytics, or related fields, with a Bachelor’s degree required. Strong ability to translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies that improve performance and decision-making. Proven experience managing enterprise-scale technology platforms, including SaaS governance, system implementations, and change management initiatives. Deep understanding of communications technology ecosystems, including analytics tools, media CRMs, integration frameworks, and emerging AI-enabled solutions. Solid knowledge of data governance, taxonomy design, metadata structures, and system integrations in complex environments. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in global, matrixed organizations. Preferred experience applying AI, automation, or machine learning within communications or marketing contexts. Benefits: Annual base salary range: $110,000 – $140,000, plus el
