What They're Looking For.

Must Have

8+ years of go-to-market, business development, management consulting or revenue operations experience, Proven experience in FinTech, financial services, or B2B SaaS environments, Track record of bringing products or solutions to market and scaling commercial outcomes, analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and financial modeling, Expertise in customer segmentation, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning, Demonstrated ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

Nice to Have

MBA or advanced degree and/or equivalent experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or similar), Payments, lending or fintech experience with a deep understanding of the financial services regulatory environment and compliance requirements, Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), marketing automation tools, and revenue operations systems, Background in enterprise software sales or business development
