THE ROLE We're hiring a senior operator to build out and run Commercial Finance Operations — a new function within Finance, reporting to the Finance Director. The remit covers the operational layer that turns commercial activity into accurate, timely, well-controlled financial outcomes. Our multi-product offering, direct sales motion, and high degree of contractual customisation create real complexity in how deals translate into billing, revenue, commissions and cash.
