This role sits within the Collections Strategy team, a key part of the Collections Excellence Crew, responsible for shaping and executing credit risk strategies across the customer lifecycle and all retail products. The Collections Strategy team plays a critical role in transforming how we engage with customers in arrears, using data, analytics, to drive better outcomes for customers and the bank. With a focus on innovation supported by use of AI and operational efficiency, this team is leading the shift from traditional collections to a future-fit, technology-enabled model. **See yourself in the team** As a Senior Manager, you will lead the design and execution of collections strategies, translating advanced analytics into pragmatic system changes.
