**Role Summary** The Sr. Manager CS Global Restructuring Strategy is a strategic role accountable for orchestrating the end-to-end execution of restructuring activities globally. This position serves as the central integration point for Colleague Services (CS) between People Experience (PX), Finance, Total Rewards, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Business Leaders, and Global Restructuring Program leadership. The role ensures accurate delivery of severance cost modelling, secure handling of highly sensitive workforce data, and seamless alignment between business decisions and downstream operational impacts. This role operates in an environment of high confidentiality, complexity, and rapid change. In addition, it requires exceptional judgment, analytical capability, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders globally.
